Simmer: Add garam masala and a little water if needed. Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Sauté Onions In butter, sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook. Add Spices: Mix in turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder. Tomato Puree: Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Cashew Paste: Stir in cashew paste and cook for a few minutes. Paneer: Add paneer cubes, garam masala, salt, and sugar. Cook for a few minutes. Finish: Add cream and kasuri methi. Simmer for a few minutes. Enjoy your creamy and delicious Paneer Butter Masala.

Samosa

Dough: Flour, carom seeds, salt, oil, water. Filling: Potatoes, green peas, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, green chili, asafoetida, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur, red chili powder, salt. Make Dough Mix flour, carom seeds, salt, and oil. Add water to form a firm dough. Prepare Filling Sauté spices, add potatoes and peas, mix well.Assemble Shape dough into cones, fill with potato mixture, seal edges. Fry Deep fry until golden brown.
